8.2/10

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms could use a touch more rustic decor, but they were good as-is. The room was a bit small for two adults and two tweenagers with two queen beds, but it was conveniently located on the first floor close to the front desk.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were cozy and clean, though a bit tight for our family size.
Service
8.0
The service was excellent overall, with friendly staff members who even opened a few minutes early for our convenience. However, there was one young gentleman at the front desk who was consistently rude during our 3-night stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was superb for exploring Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. It's just outside the busy town, making it convenient for trips to the park, Pigeon Forge, and shopping destinations.
Dining

The dining experience was enjoyable, especially because we had hot meals instead of just a continental breakfast. It was a nice change from what other hotels usually offer, and we appreciated the local organic products. However, the variety could have been a bit better.
Facilities

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was clean and nicely presented as shown on the website, but the strong smell was off-putting, and the dampness made it uncomfortable. The service was average with some issues but was okay overall. The location was convenient for reaching nearby attractions, yet some noise disruptions occurred. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were lacking in some areas.
